How a commission goes
1. The conversation. We talk through the piece — size, wood, engraving, budget.
2. The quote. You get a straight price and a realistic timeline before any wood is cut. The shop runs evenings and weekends, so custom work is scheduled honestly, not promised overnight.
3. The build. Your piece comes off the same bench as everything in the gallery — and when it's done, it's packed and shipped with the same care, anywhere in the continental US.
